Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Vecto (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Vecto on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Vecto is an AI platform that generates long-form videos and short-form clips from scripts, descriptions and uploaded media. Features, styles and limits available to you depend on your plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. Free trial and billing
The free trial provides a single video generation and requires a payment method solely to verify eligibility. You are not charged for the trial. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your monthly video allowance resets each billing cycle and unused videos do not roll over. Top-up packs are one-time purchases. All fees are stated in US dollars unless noted otherwise.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused videos.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. You represent that you have the rights to submit that content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law. You grant Vecto the limited license needed to process your inputs and deliver your requested outputs.
7. Generated output and original content
Videos generated for you are original outputs assembled by the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes. Trial outputs retain a watermark. You are responsible for how you use and distribute your outputs.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Vecto to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates others without authorization. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Affiliate program
Participation in the Vecto affiliate program is subject to additional terms presented at application, including commission rates (15% recurring for a referral's first three paid months, 20% at qualifying volume), last-click attribution, payout minimums and anti-fraud provisions. See the affiliates page for an overview. We may adjust rates, hold, or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or refunds.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by Vecto and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in Vecto's marks or technology except as expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
