Vecto (“Vecto,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI long-form video generation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Vecto you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, email, password or third-party sign-in identifiers), the content you submit to generate videos (scripts, descriptions, uploaded audio or video, brand settings), and usage data such as generation history and feature interactions. Our payment processor collects and stores your billing details; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to generate your videos and clips, operate and secure your account, process payments and top-ups, verify free-trial eligibility, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of the scripts, descriptions and media you submit. The videos Vecto generates for you are original outputs that you may use commercially in line with our Terms of Service. We process your inputs only to produce your requested outputs and to run features you enable (such as auto-reels and voice options).
5. Billing and the free trial
The free trial requires a payment method solely to verify eligibility. It is not charged for the trial itself. If you choose a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the transaction. We store a customer reference and subscription status, never your raw card data.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited cookies to attribute affiliate referrals (last-click, within a 30–45 day window). You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
7. Affiliate program data

8. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Vecto (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics), each bound to protect your information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
9. Data retention
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
11. Your rights
